Danske Bank is looking for a talented Consultant or junior Consultant to join Commercial Excellence in Banking Sweden. We work together with retail banking, medium corporates, customer relations and group functions to build the bank of the future. We always take point of departure in our customers and we seek inspiration and best practice from other areas and industries.
Your primary task will be to work with how we go from insights about our customer’s expectations to concrete actions that improve our customer experience. You will need to be able to draw conclusions from multiple data sources and facilitate dialogs with various stakeholders. Additionally you will drive various cross functional initiatives across Commercial Excellence. We are looking for a consultant or junior Consultant that skilfully and independently can manage tasks independently.
Your role will, among other things, include:
• Successfully delivering projects and drive cross functional collaboration
• Independently develop presentation and analysis
• Proactively managing stakeholders, to ensure buy in and input for solutions
The position offers a unique opportunity to develop as a project manager in financial services and be part in a massive transformation journey.
We believe that you are about to graduate from a top tier university or have worked for a couple of years as a management consultant, or in a similar role in a corporate or start up. You most likely have a degree in Business and/or Engineering and/or Economics.
We expect you to be ambitious and passionate about personal and professional development and that you actively seek opportunities to do this in collaboration with you colleagues. You are comfortable and confident presenting to different stakeholders and you bring value to the table through crisp analysis and recommendations.
It is no requirement, but we merit previous experience from developing presentation and research analysis. More than anything, we value self-starters that are curious and have a collaborative approach.
Furthermore, the role requires excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English. You have a proactive attitude and initiative skills along with result-oriented approach. You are analytical and social by nature, and it motivates you to build relationships. It is also important that you have strong skills in creating presentations and that you are an advanced user of Power Point.
