Att ansöka som fullmaktshavare, vårdnadshavare, god man, förvaltare eller pantsättare
Du ansöker som fullmaktshavare, vårdnadshavare, god man, förvaltare eller pantsättare och kommer i samband med detta inte ansöka om några egna bankprodukter.
Vi behöver tillsammans med din ansökan, få in följande dokument:
- Kopia på två giltiga ID-handlingar. Vilka ID-handlingar vi godkänner, kan du läsa mer om i checklistan.
- Dokument som utvisar förordnandet till exempel registerutdrag om ställföreträdarskap eller tingsrättens beslut.
- Om du inte är folkbokförd i Sverige behöver vi dokument som verifierar den adress som du stadigvarande bor på. Vilka dokument vi godkänner för en sådan verifiering, kan du läsa mer om i checklistan.
Så här gör du:
- Fyll i formuläret, du når formuläret genom att klicka på knappen "Bli kund" nedan.
- Skicka in ansökningsformuläret samt ladda upp de dokument vi beskrivit ovan, länk för uppladdning finns i ansökningsformuläret.

You are applying as a mandate holder, parent/guardian, trustee, administrator, pledgor or guarantor and will not apply for any own bank products in connection with this.
Please include the following documents with your application
- Copies of two valid identification documents. For information on which IDs are accepted, please refer to the checklist.
- Document verifying your appointment, such as Register extract on representation or a court decision.
- Documents that verify the address where you permanently reside. You can read more about what documents we accept for this verification in the checklist.
How to proceed

- Submit the application form and upload the documents described above; you will find the upload link in the application form
